The Owners

Merle Hedges is the President and has owned All Insurance Source since 2010. David previously was the owner of a State Farm agency in Vero Beach opening in 1983. David joined All Insurance Source in 2022 after retiring following a 40 year career. David brings extensive knowledge of the Vero Beach Market specializing in Homeowners, Auto, Commercial and Flood Insurance. Together , they bring a wide range of experience to the agency to help serve you better.

Maria Tripoli

Maria Tripoli is our senior producer who has 30+ years’ in the insurance industry. With experience in both personal and commercial lines. She enjoys helping her clients with customized solutions and strives to find the best product /pricing for all their insurance needs. She works closely with realtors and mortgage lenders to give clients a fast, efficient turnaround, She has lived in Vero Beach since 1999, coming from Illinois. She started her Insurance Career in 1992 and acquired her 220 License. She is a proud mother of Twin Daughters. You can find her enjoying the beach, boating and all that Vero beach and the outdoors offer.

Kristie Parent

Kristie Parent is a Customer Service Representative who assists clients with their insurance policies and supports new business quoting. With more than 15 years of customer service experience, she is known for her patient, knowledgeable approach and dedication to providing a positive client experience.

Originally born in California, Kristie has called Vero Beach home since 1998. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, reading, and relaxing with her family and pets.

Kristen Shellhammer

Kristen has been in the insurance industry for the past 15 years.

She works closely with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions that truly fit their needs. She has expanded the agency’s carrier partnerships to offer broader, more competitive coverage options.

When she’s not at the office, Kristen enjoys traveling, staying active, and making memories with her long-haired daschund, Frank. She is proud to serve the community she calls home.
